T-Mobile USA introduce Huawei MyTouch and MyTouch Q
T-Mobile USA has unveiled two new android devices, namely the MyTouch and MyTouch Q. These two devices are literally twins besides the MyTouchQ's physical keyboard which defines them apart. Either way, both are available through T-Mobile for $49.99 on a two year contract (after a $50 rebate).
Both devices have the same specs, and they're as follows. Both pack a 4-inch WVGA (480x800) display, powered by a single-core 1.4GHz processor with 1GB of RAM. Both devices have two cameras aboard one 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling. Both have 4GB of internal storage with the option to expand by MicroSD (up to 32GB), they run on Android 2.3 and have a battery capacity of 1400mAh which should see about one and a half days (depending on usage)

ZTE & Virgin Mobile announce Kis
ZTE & Virgin Mobile have teamed up to announce a new budget friendly smartphone, the Kis. The Kis is going to retail for only £49.99 on PAYG and for that price offers some relatively good specs. I mean compare this to a Galaxy Ace which is about £110 currently and you'll know what I mean.
Now for the specs, the Kis offers up a 3.5-inch HVGA (320x480) display, powered by a single core 800MHz processor with 256MB of RAM. The device only has one camera, a 3.15MP rear-facing camera with auto focus. The device has 512MB of internal storage that can be expanded using a MicroSD card slot (up to 32GB). The device runs on Android 2.3 and won't get Android 4.0 due to hardware compatibility. Battery capacity is a cool 1400mAh which should keep the phone running for a couple of days depending on usage.
Compared to Motorola's MotoSmart which was just revealed yesterday, this device has the upper edge when it comes to market potential due to it's low price. Another thing to note is that if you buy this phone, you get 1GB of Internet for every month for a year.

Motorola announces Defy Pro...
Yesterday, Samsung announced the Galaxy Chat, a BlackBerry style Android phone. Today, Motorola is announcing a BlackBerry style Android phone by the name of Defy Pro. The design of this handset is ridiculously similar to that of the BlackBerry Curve 8900.
The Defy Pro packs a 2.7-inch QVGA (240x320) display, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with another front-facing camera for video calling. It has 2GB of internal storage that can be expanded by MicroSD card (up to 32GB). The device has a physical keyboard is built into the device, much in the same way as the Galaxy Chat by Samsung and seems to be running Android 2.3 without any mention of an update to Android 4.0, we can probably presume that it would be running Android 4.0 if it were compatible by now.

Orange to exclusively offer Intel-powered San Diego
Known as the Santa Clara, the device was Intel's first try at getting into the smartphone market. Now the name has changed and official statements declare that the Orange San Diego is official. The phone is offering with it some impressive specs.
The phone packs a 4-inch display with a resolution of 600x1024, giving it a pixel density of 297PPI. The phone is powered by Intel's Atom processor clocked at 1.6GHz, can't wait to see this in play. Cameras include a 8MP rear-facing camera with 1080p recording compatibility and a front-facing camera for video calling. The device runs on Android 2.3 which will undoubtedly get updated to Android 4.0 at a later date, the device also comes with 16GB of internal memory with most likely the option to expand it via. MicroSD card which may be included.

Samsung announce Galaxy Proclaim...
Straight Talk is expanding is range of phone, their latest addition is a entry-level Android device by the name of Samsung Galaxy Proclaim. This device will be available for $179.99 but no release date is currently confirmed.
The Galaxy Proclaim comes with mid-range specs including a 3.5-inch HVGA display with a resolution of 320x480, a single-core 1GHz Processor with an unconfirmed 512MB of RAM, 1GB of internal storage (but a 2GB MicroSD card is included). The device runs on Android 2.3 "Gingerbread" with Samsung's TouchWiz on top. Cameras include a 3MP rear-facing but no front-facing, battery capacity is 1,500mAh.
People are calling this the "Mini Nexus" due to it's contour screen which the Nexus S has. There's also the 4 capacitive buttons are the bottom which again, point to the Nexus S. Nevertheless, the phone looks good with a soft back providing extra grip in the hand.
