ZTE announces Blade 3...

ZTE has announced the third iteration of the company's affordable Blade series, the series has so far offered low-end specs to pursue a low price. However, the Blade 3 offers a bigger screen and larger internal storage than it's predecessor. The device also offers 4 capacitive buttons rather than the 3 physical buttons offered before.

The Blade 3 packs a 4-inch display with WVGA resolution (480x800), powered by a Qualcomm single-core processor clocked at 1GHz with 512MB of RAM which runs Android 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich". Camera's include a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera but no front-facing camera. 4GB of internal storage is offered and can be expanded by MicroSD card (up to 32GB).

The handset will make it's way to the UK likely under the name Orange San Francisco 3 but exact dates are unknown but once the device does hit the UK it should be price around £110-£150.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 picture surfaces....

The picture shown above surfaced on GSMArena.com, the tipster has stayed anonymous. The form factor of the Galaxy Note 2 was rumoured to be similar to the Galaxy SIII, an analysis of the handset in the picture is relatively close to that form factor.

It includes the redesigned central home button, un-uniform rounded edges and a thin bezel. However, whether this is actually the Galaxy Note 2 is still a mystery, a mystery which will be wrapped up at Samsung's pre-IFA show on the 29th August.

Rumoured specs include a 5.5-inch display, quad-core Exynos processor clocked at 1.6GHz and a 12-megapixel camera. As expected with rumours, you shouldn't take them seriously.

Samsung Galaxy S3... 10 million and strong!


Samsung has now officially beaten there goal of 10 million Galaxy S3's sold, they originally said they wanted to have shipped 10 million by August but the mark has been reached early and the device is predicted to ship at least 40 million units this year! This comes after two months since the device has actually been on store shelves. Giving you an idea of how popular the Galaxy S3 is.
